Inconsiderate parking / Pedestrian obstuction

Good morning / Bore da residents

Whilst on patrol yesterday, I came across a significant amount of inconsiderate parking, particularly along GOWER ROAD.  I was 

informed by a member of the public, of a another vehicle parking across a pavement in Bay Tree Avenue Sketty.

PACT ( Patrnerships and communities together) warning tickets have been issued, advising drivers of the obstruction to pedestrians.

Significant room has to be left on a pavement for the safety of pedestrians, people with disabilities and pram /push chair users

and they should not be forced in to the road as vehicles are blocking the pathway.
